I originally planned on renting equipment and doing this work myself. I am so happy I didn't. All aspects of the process were explained clearly. The equipment brought in and the work effort I witnessed is something I would not have been able to do well by comparison. The great quality of the job readily apparent. Our basement has been a dumping ground for years and now it will become a warm and inviting TV and bar space due in large part by the impression created by the floor. True Pro's in every facet of what they do. Four guys, 1180 square feet of garage, and had to accommodate a work around due to a huge wine cellar which could not be moved out. Mark came up with a plan to do under the cabinet first, sliding it aside and returning to complete the balance of the floor and blend it in to the spot under the wine cabinet. You cannot tell this was done separately, absolutely perfect! No other company would have likely come out twice for this, without up-charging - Bach did. Do not bother with anyone else, just go with Bach and forget worrying about the job. Great communication, and super guys. Thanks again, it is truly beautiful!

There are very few companies i have worked with since purchasing my home where the experience went as well as it did with Jeff and Bach Custom Coatings. The room started as a real mess, fireplace pitted carpet over vinyl tile over a slab that did not meet the adjoining rooms well. The guys ground and filled and patched and coated. Now I have a good looking floor that is easy to clean. It makes sense with the other rooms and with the back yard. Model contractor, straight with the quote, communicated well, did what they said they would do, professional execution, good close out.
